suddenly wad i'm supposed to blog about slipped my mind haha..
oh dear...
*stops to ponder for a couple of seconds*
last nite pat came over to my place to collect the clothes she wanna use to sell. two big plastic bags but i heard shaikha gave her more hahaha well i don't have that many clothes in the first place. those clothes i gav her were either those my mom didn't want or my old over-sized clothes which i cant fit into anymore.
manage to get her to accompany me to makan at parkway's MOS for my dinner cos mom didn't cook for me. sat there, ate and chit chatted. it was quite enjoyable cos i don't remember havin much of such outings with patricia before. when we got back home we continued our chattings on msn hahaha have been chatting alot the past few days with her so late into the night sometimes she couldnt wake up the next day to go to school hahahaha opps!?
she gave me like 12 of those partyworld vouchers. how on earth am i do with so many coupons!?!?! each entitles me to 4 hrs free of ktv-ing except first drink charges applies, no fri - sun nites and PH. anybody interested in ktving these days?
i know sano n lijun are interested, juz nid to find a date where everyone is free. vincent is ok. wilson wants to go. am now tryin to convince meimei to join us and waiting for wenchuan to reply my sms. who else? nic sound half interested. wilson crazily suggested me 'donating' to the public by chuckin randomly into the mailboxes at my hse downstair if i cant clear the rest of the coupons hahahaha siao siao.

juz fixed karen's blog lol i'm her life-time warranty i think. i think this is like the 3rd or 4th? blog skin that i've been helpin her do some fixing since the day i first introduced her into blogging and getting her first template up. lol there's always this sense of achievement at the end of the day.
p.s. i've been like addicted to signature foodcourt's (my workplace there) tao sa bao already.

since i got home at 6+ on sunday morning i slept for 8 hrs straight and woke up at 2+ in the afternoon with my hp bombarded with 9 smses and 3 miss calls o.O;;
Forgot to mention that i've watched Constantine with nic down @ century square. the movie was a blast and it blew my heads off. perhaps i simply didn't think expect too much when i went for the movie. i liked the story, the action, and definitely who the casts were. I didn't have much prior knowledge about the story behind Constantine nor did i know who the director was. when i left the cinema i tot it was the same as the guy who directed Matrix but i was wrong. but by sayin so it does nt mean that i felt that it was a copy. but that the movie was equally cool and refreshing as the matrix. there were some new or really stylish special effects and CG that is well, at least something new in the movie scene. the movie was surprisingly violent at some parts but good nevertheless. added to the joy of entertainment heh! keanu seems really cool in the movie and i find the actress very pretty. found her familiar but couldn't recall where i saw her before till i went to the website and realised that she's the woman actin in the mummies & mummies return.
people out there who havent watched this movie, u shld! and stay back for juz a couple more minutes for the end credits. there's a short part that continues to the story.
am gonna go out with iman on wednesday night woo~ terry say i've changed haha perhaps yeah? bt definitely for the better. hv a life nw *laughs*

Saturday:: Wenchuan's Bdae @ Pasir Ris Coasta Sands Chalet (Loyang)
woke up at about 9am in the morning and left home at about 11am to go to Choa Chu Kang, my manager's house for her CNY open hse. duno wad lah basically it's some sort of a buffet gathering for me n my colleagues at her house. got ang pow!! hahaha they were playing a japanese anime on the tv. forgot the title haha it's the same director for howl's moving castle. sen to.. something something. hahahaha
i got to cck mrt a little late and the rest of them left first while lee huei waited up for me cos she also late hahah both of us took a cab down together to my mgr's hse.
had quite abit of lunch and met my colleague's children and also wenya was there. she's a ex-colleague of mine from my current company who left us already.
when we were more or less done with everything and left the place, me, chingling, leehuei, and hailoon, basically the 4 younger ladies haha shared a cab to go back dwn to the mrt station to catch a train ride to our respective destinations.
i dropped off at bugis cos i wanted to get a gift for wenchuan before i go his chalet. paiseh to go empty handed. i was alone at that time and was supposed to meet up with meimei sometime 6+ after she's done with meetin her bf and all. i bought a card and an ashtray which i found to be rather cute and shopped around awhile before karen called me up and i remembered that she's headin towards pasir ris downtwn east chalet for her friend's bdae too. we met up together and shopped around bugis junction together. Mphosis was havin a sale and the shop was packed with ladies hahaha and so me n karen went in to kpoh and i chose a few tops to try but didn't like it so didnt make any purchases but karen bought a rather nice top. until about 6+ where we took a train down together to meet meimei.
me n meimei reached the chalet too early cos wenchuan invited ALOT of either his ns camp mates or poly mates and those frm BK weren't here yet. stupid vincent n wilson was still at ang mo kio getting a gift for wenchuan and wenchuan was so bz he didnt really walk over and say hi or talk to us at all. felt pretty out of place and the person who's feeling the most upset or unhappy about it was meimei hahaha kept complaining that she feel like goin home.
after quite sometime we decided to walk out to chit chat at the lobby area ourselves till wenchuan called us on meimei's hp and we walked back where soon after vincent and wilson finally came. another guy who used to work in bk for a short while when i was there is weihao or something.. his dark eye ring were so bad he looked like he got punched!!
soon those who were from bk that came were Meimei, Amy, Vincent, Weihao, Waileng, Andrew, Wilson and Myself.
we sat around and chit chat and as usual vincent they all the mouth v 'jian' as in, very sharp lah so keep suaning meimei and as usual, she'll bicker back and there will be no peace LOL but most of the time vincent was on the phone o_O;;
so most of the time chatted with either meimei or wilson they all. waileng n andrew came on a later note. Amy was there after me n meimei arrived bt we didn't notice her cos she was inside the chalet with her bf but they left soon after.
at about 10+ or so i think, if i'm not too wrong about the timing.. it could be 11+.. i cant recall. cos wasnt payin attn to the time. we borrowed wenchuan's car to drive out to loyang temple to pray and make our offerings. there were 7 of us (meimei, vincent, andrew, waileng, weihao, me n wilson) who went to the temple so ...car can onli fit 5 people basically. which simply means that the other two have to travel by riding on wilson's bike. apparently there were a conspiracy of some sort which ended up with the reasoning of me being the lightest thus least tedious a passenger to have on the bike, yes, i were to ride on the bike with wilson together to go to the temple.
i have NEVER sat on a bike before.
the experience? priceless.
freaky bcos of the speed. my heart is too weak for it hahaha v kanchiong and felt damn vulnerable on a bike as compared to sitting in a car (duh!). turning round corners were equally frightening. the wind was pretty strong as the bike sped along the empty streets in a speed that seems fast to me yet perhaps it was the driver that calmed my nerves. wilson's driving skill was constant enough and smooth enough without bumps or sudden halts to make my heart jump out of my mouth. he'll let me know whenever there's a bump. realised he was pretty fit bcos whenever there's a green light and he have to balance his bike, i could remain on the passenger seat being quite stable and not havin to worry i'll topple off to oneside. perhaps i'm nt too experienced in riding a bike and do not have much knowledge about it, at least wad i know was that i didn't have any nid to worry about his nt able to handle my weight while i was on the passenger seat. chatted with him alittle while he was riding but there were times when the wind gets a little too strong and i could hardly hear wad he was asking me that i had to bend forward. the helmet felt like an astraunaut helmet. i was holding on the the bike most of the time till occasions where e.g. corners or when the bike is at a speed i'm not comfortable with, i'll find myself grabbing either his shirt, his waist, him anywhere or worse, there was this particular turning where i think i panicked and grab his chest AHAHAHAHA *slap head* so paiseh. ok lah 'grab'. merely used my hand to hang on with contact. hair ended up being really tangled up at the end.
first ride was unnerving. lotsa tots ran thro my mind tryin to digest the experience.
whenever vincent's car passes us by, i'll see the snickering faces of either vincent or meimei. *raise eyebrow*

waileng, vincent, meimei and i think mebbe andrew too, bought this 'golden egg' for $10. not too sure wad it was for actually but i remember someone giving it to me once.
it's been quite awhile till we received a phone call from wenchuan sayin his mom wants the car back so we had to drive back to the chalet and my second ride on the bike was more enjoyable this time round. had the nerve and leisure to look around at my surroundings.
frankly speaking if u were to ask me if i dare to take another ride on a bike the next time, i'll tell u that it all depends on who the rider is. if u're one of the thrill rides, can say byebye yah.
we got back to the chalet and vincent n andrew drove out to send waileng home so we started playing some games.. um chinese it's call 'fei ji qi' as in aeroplane chess or something. i've seen people playing it but i've never played it myself before. stupid wilson say i no childhood. >__< four of us were playing this game. me, meimei, wilson and weihao hahahaha end up i win first!! realised wilson also quite devious to some certain extent. after veeeeery long and havin watched a super lame hong kong movie on channel 8 about a japanese guy who simply wanted to get a packet of condoms gets pulled into a series of horribly exaggerating and lame incidents. when vincent n the rest got back, they ate!!! basket nvr tarpow!!! meimei went upstairs in the rm to chat with her bf and so the rest of us stayed downstairs to chit chat and i was listening to the guys talkin about their days in camp since 3 of then have already ORD-ed. it was pretty hilarious and cos wilson is currently at changi prison being the guard or something, pretty senang as compared to the rest of them who served ns in army ahahaha every time chiong sua. we chatted up til about 4 -5 am in the mornin then decided to head out for breakfast and head home so we drove off to east coast to eat at macdonald's hahaha surprisingly 6+ am in the morning east coast's macdonald was pretty crowded. wad a night to remember! i definitely enjoyed myself quite abit altho the initial bit wasn't all too pleasant but the night made up for it. when i reached home mom was already awake hahaha dad soon got up. i washed up and quickly went to bed.

suddenly feel like mentioning names.. lots of them.
people who affected me and i love so dearly as my friends/buddies. people whom i never want to lose in my life.
Bryan, Iman, Karen, Kelvin, Lijun, Lionel, Melissa Teo, Mark, Patricia, Shaikha, Sano, Terry, Tanya, and Yifeng.. and my MOMMY!
People say, it's good to have close friends, people whom you can confide with and they'll really be there for you. Normally we're damn glad if we can count to have up to 5 of such people and i'm blessed with 14 of these people!!!!
i've gained and strengthened my friendships with people in a way i never dreamt of being possible and each and everyone of them are such down to earth people and provide such positive influences in my life.
I'm glad i have met so many people in my life with unique characteristics of their own where for various situation and times i can talk to.
when i'm in need of a more mature advice, to have people put me into perspective of what's goin on in a more rational manner, to talk about serious meangingful things, i have such friends to turn to. to guide me.
when i'm in need to just simply go out and relax and have fun, to not brood over things, to get infected with their joyous and cheerful disposition, there can be people whom i can count on to brighten up my day.
when i'm in need of nothing but to know that there is someone out there supporting me, whom i can reach out when i'm falling irregardless of when, i know who i can count on.

kelvin kor msged me last night to ask if i wanna join him for dinner at paragon and i was ok with it and asked sano along with us. after work we met up at paragon and had our dinner at this soba restaurant. although i've been repeatedly reminded what the name of the shop was, end up i forgot again. somehow i juz cant keep the name in my memory for long but anyhow, the food there was kinda too steep for my liking but the food was good and the dessert especially was good. there were 4 of us includin kel's god bro and after our dinner we continued to be in the restaurant for quite sometime chatting away about topics that were really interesting, at least to me i think it is. we chatted from anime to manga to the artists to the industry, to japan culture and finally ended off with history of japan samurais and life of musashi hahahahaha i was pretty cranky the whole night cos i didn't get to sleep enough last night and was v tired the whole day so i talk alot and behave a little more crazily than i usually would.

anyway i think it was getting pretty late cos the restaurant starting preparing to close ahaha so we hv to leave and decided to hang out at wheelock's starbucks for awhile, hv a drink and chit chat. kor ordered cocoa for me at first bt realised i had a cough n switched it to green tea frap!! hehehe (actually i like green tea frap more bwahahahaha) oh yeah sano bought the blue tooth usb thingy for my hp to transfer files. $39 sia. sim tia hahaha went to atm to draw cash for him and paid for my uni registration fee while i was there too. i think it was nearing 11+pm when we decided to go home. by the time i reached home it was like... 12.30 am or so and as terry called me to chat on my hp while i was in the bus, we chatted all the way till i got home and hung up onli about an hr later or so. feel that he has grown alot and is really glad for him as a friend. he has become more appreciative for the things around him that he would in the past.

ok let's see, sat was happily using computer and all not havin plans for the day to go out till i uploading terry's pic halfway and pc died on me so v sad. like...v v v v v sad. *give sad face*
anyway i mentioned below before wad happened on sat so let's skip to sunday!!! ahahaha
sunday met up with james, iman and sano @ bugis junction.
i actually went down to bugis junction earlier than the time we were supposed to meet with my mom first cos she suggested that we could go walk around n stuff. was about to have desserts in the foodcourt then iman called so i left to meet up with them at the fountain. sano came slightly later. chatted a lil with james and he's pretty nice n ez to talk to and both of us followed iman into a shop where she bought a skirt and then we walked over to the fountain to meet up with sano. james just arrived in sg on sat and after we met we browsed around the shops in Edge for nice t-shirts but apparently nothing caught our eyes hm wad else oh yes then we had lunch at MOS burger.

we wanted to hav some other stuff n walked around edge but there was nothing good lol so went all the way back dwnstairs for MOS cos of the silly iman. i like eatin yakiniku rice burger in MOS ahaha so i hv no complaints. james is ez to talk to and nice and so 4 of us juz continued to hang around bugis junction and went into shops like Barcode n POA. i saw a t-shirt that i liked in POA but too pricey so didn't buy. it was $38. bumped into jaime & her bf in seiyu haha i bought a pen from MUJI and iman bought some hair cilps. sano wanted to buy sweat pants sial!!! haywire one that boboy hahaha we also went to the basement's cold storage where iman bought some grapes and insisted feeding us with it haha hm then soon after we actually left. as in, iman n james took a cab and left first. me n sano walked around doing some window shopping before finally settling dwn at starbucks to chit chat n kill time. sano is headin to alvin's bdae. i wanted to go home bt terry called me to ask if i wanna accompany him in orchard to exchange his jeans so i went dwn to orchard n meet him. after exchanging the jeans we went to scott's picnic place for dinner and chatted quite alot. i had the beef brisket noodles heehee shiok ah! then sat down chit chatted awhile before walking to paragon where terry bought some packet instant noodles. as we walked we chatted and strolled around Heeren. frankly speakin there's nothing much there to see cos come so often until sian already hahaha but it was still quite enjoyable in a way to juz walk randomly and chit chat. soon we settled to sit at spinelli to chit chat til about i think 9+ or so if i'm nt wrong? then we decided to head home.
smsed with bryan a lil while i was in the bus. i'm supposed to treat my dear cousin's to movie but lionel is watchin constantine with his friends and so suppose to juz treat bryan n kris end up nw bryan v bz with projects so guess we postphoning the treat. nowadays this boyboy v cute haha since cny reunion dinner @ his hse, @ cny in our uncle hse and yesterday on sms, he has been tellin me to notify him if anything happens to me or shld i nid him and he'll pia taxi down. hahaha so sweet right?
when i gt home i was struggling with my pc n all cos it's so darn laggy then watched some tv n stuff n chatted a lil online with shaikha before i went to sleep at about 12+am in the morning.

Stuck at home cos have to wait for technician to come my hse and fix it and he came only at 10 pm and left at 1am!!! hahahaha end up anywhere also cant go damn sad plus cos it's my hard disk that died, i had to reformat my pc AGAIN!!!! it's already like the third time or wad i've reformatted my comp and nw for it to get used to the new settings plus it's running on a new hard disk, it's gonna lag like mad. the stupid man ripped me off by charging me super expensive. so if u guys noe any cheaper and gd technician pls let me know. drop me his name and hp number or something.
i was actually uploadin terry's bdae photo halfway before my pc suddenly crashed n died. terry's pic jinxed my pc!!!!!!!!!
niwaes, actually daniel smsed met to jio me meet up with sheena n marco (i assume) they all for ktv session o'er at jurong east @ 8.30pm bt since the technician came so late, there's no way for me to join them. chit chattin on the phone with sano n iman SIMULATANEOUSLY hahahaha cos arranging to meet up on sunday along with James who arrived in Singapore heh. i felt like a phone operator. left ear i hav a house phone stuck to it with sano on the line and right ear with my hp stuck to it with iman n james on the line hahaha

nxt sat still must attend wenchuan's bdae chalet *whines*
friday was terry's bbq cos it's that dearie boy's 21st Bdae!!! the bbq was held at his house so it's at Bt Timah lah basically and i don't know how to get there although i've been there a couple of times before but nt alone so i didn't bother to remember how to get there. i went to the bbq along with wil and when we got there sano got there too. lemme try to recall who i already know was at the bbq. um terry's buddy Ben and his gf came on a later note, quite a funny chap and terry's childhood friends like Benjamin and Eugene whom i've met before was there too. There were others whom i don't know but got to know later. when we first got there haha frankly speakin terry isn't too great a host but ok lah everyone had their fair share of naggin at him to entertain ppl and his gf was there too. the older u get, the more people u know and u'll realise seriously wad a small world we're in. his gf is actually my secondary schoolmate's classmate in tp during her marketing course. and now jiaxin is already in australia and terry's gf is gonna go over for her studies too and will be in the same hall as jiaxin from wad i heard from her. the 'coincidental-small-world' incident doesn't just end here haha more to come! anyway surprised at how much more sociable i've become as compared to the past, i can talk to people i've first met quite easily and surprised sano cos he say on a few occasions he tot i already knew those people. i mingled around alittle and chatted with benjamin who was bz being the chef of the day at the bbq pit. he was literally stuck there throughout happily cooking. chatted with him a little here and there cos the food he cook were gd. beef, hamburgers, chicken wing, mediteranean style fish or some sort, sotong, steak, alot lah! duno wad else they cooked also. funny thing was i didnt eat even a single chicken wing. all kena gobbled up by the hungry crowd. ben is gonna be a chef-to-be! heard frm him he's gonna go aust to study culinary. he soooooooo reminds me for kelvin hahaha if they mingle together, they'll be forever talkin about food.
i think it's pretty cool and fun, to hv childhood friends and wad's more, livin so damn near u. terry's livin in i think condo or some sort where ben n eugene lives in the same condo and only diff was, it's another block hahaha shiok sial when u wanna hv some company can juz go over like that simply!
i actually forgot that my aunt's hse over in AMK has steamboat and i was supposed to go over =P heheheh bryan called my hp askin me wad time i goin o'er. i was like OH SHIT haahha cos it totally slipped my mind but i tot of like stayin o'er at AMK til bryan calls me again on a later note telling me no nid already cos lionel n kris r nt stayin.
when it got a little later like sometime 9+ goin to 10, sano n wil left but i've decided to stay behind. goin back home early seems boring. soon i was invited to join in with ben n his group of friends sitting by the bbq pit. lemme try to recall the names of the ppl. there was a 24 year old guy name James. quite beefy n had pretty gd features n angular jawline. super deep voice. abit uncle behaviour ahahaha crazily poured lotsa tequila into ben's cup. there was a girl name Kaylene who was the gf of a guy name Mark but this Mark guy left early. Sweet looking gurl, quite tall. i'm not too sure how old she is. don't seem older than me. There was obviously Ben n Eugene, then another guy call Lester. I've visited Lest's portfolio online when i got home. V impressive! So we gathered around a table and chit chatted away while havin some drinks and all before a few more guys joined us. A psychology undergrad who seems rather melachanolic and complaint lots about nt wantin to drink n get drunk haha his name is Joel. He appears to me as the type who is v proper and stubborn abt his beliefs haha but wad he said was correct. it IS irresponsible to get drunk. Terry joined us also after he finish talkin to his ns buddies and they left. the whole nite they were talkin non stop about ns stuff. don't they EVER get bored??? u're out of camp for pete's sake! no life sial hahahaha oh yes, then there was this guy name Jason *wink*
wad abt jason that's interesting? he live friggin near me lol at neptune court which is like...my neighbourhood can? then nvm, chatted with him on n off here n there throughout the night and then got to know he was from TP also. nvm. tot he older than me a year so mebbe graduated before me. no lor! same batch as me. frm business school somemore! altho diff course, he was from CMM. budden it's like this fellah, live so near me, for so long, then studied same sch for 3 years but i've never really remember knowing/bumping/seeing him before! once again, wad a small world!!

we went up to terry's hse and into a rm to play some cards n all. terry's dog is so damn cute. look like gt ponytail and all but it's friggin horny. always wanna hump ppl's leg!!! *thinks of meet the focker's chihuahua* YUCK! apparently this dog earned its reputation as a humper cos everyone who was there know abt it's digusting tendency. he tried humping jason's leg so many time that they threw it a pillow to hump my gawd! hahahaha we played cards n all haha bet was like 10 cents 50 cents n wadever haha played in-between most of the time and a few round of blackjack. in between was more fun tho and there was a pt where the pool (cash to bet) got so big, it was like $40+ then someone lost a bet!! and had to chip in $40+ n the pool gt to $80+ and James won it all!! obviously after that he get cursed lots also hahahaha hm terry n joel was playin ps2 most of the time. Ben lost quite alot of money hahaha n i've noticed that he's quite a daring better. freaky! haha i think we played till quite late. until about 4+am in the morning haha then soon decided nid to go home cos kaylene wan to get home already so at first, james was gonna drive towards the east so he's to send us all home but then ben offered to drive us too so kaylene sat in james' car n took off while me, lester n jason get driven home by Ben. wad a night! gt home immediately went to bed haha

Was browsing through people's blog as usual to update myself about them and their lives and came across karen's blog where she mentioned about bloggin helping her discover and pen down thoughts of her innerself which she may not be able to readily share and communicate with friends.
well i've realised what a blog can do to a person since years ago when i started blogging i guess. i've always been a person who thinks quite alot, develop my own set of thinking/philosophies of life, perspectives and stuff. blogging help me record, recollect, and think. sometimes wad results from my thoughts get penned down. sometimes not. what you may feel at a spur of a moment, u dun necessarily tell others because the 'timing' of it has yet to arise for that particular topic to be talked about whereas with a blog, u can write about it as and when u like. of course, this work vice versa and because of blogs, i've gotten the key to knowing my friends on a deeper level as i read up on wad they've written. communication like i've once discussed with iman can come in various forms. it doesnt necessarily have to be face-to-face, phone conversation, or letters. we communicate in many ways. things we do, way we behave, even when u blog, u r communicating. u gave the key for others to get to know u better as they monitor you on a basis so frequent yet so silently you'll be surprised at the result of it.
i realised i havent been writing much about my inner thoughts here for a very long time.
well i guess i'm at a crossroad in my life where i have to make many decisions for several aspects of my life that's more than often a splitting headache.
wad i've been through, learnt, felt, hurt, gained, and lost. for the past few months it has probably been a time where i've ever been able to feel and experience so much in such a short span of time. i've changed, in many ways. i'm glad for alot of things. i realised, that at the age i'm at, at where i am at, i've found myself. i'm comfortable with my personality cos i've found myself and understand myself and during our teenage years, we journey through our lives trying to find ourselves, experimenting and stuff.. making friends, losing friends, trying to find out wad really suits us. i've gathered around me a number of friends whom i love dearly and these people will be with me for life. they are different and unique in their own way and in many ways, they are the rare ones amongst the general population bcos they hv their own unique characteristics and bcos of them, i've learnt and been influenced and developed into what i am now. each of them played a very important role in influencing me in my life in various aspects and most importantly, they are down to earth.
friends come and go. those that really suits you stay with you for life.
dun ever take things for granted. especially the supports you get from your friends. they give it to you, doesnt mean you can exploit it. altho to a certain extent when u really just require u're friends to be more tolerant and bear with you, it's ok. but i've learnt and know and practice, is that dun ever take it as if bcos they are your friends, it's expected of them to provide you the support and when wad they say or do dun seem to please u all too well and during ur spur of emotional fit, throw it back into their face and worse, dun realise it or do something about it. i've seen too much of these and is not very tolerant towards such things. i myself try to very hard to refrain from being so. when i do, i apologise soon after.
one thing i've learnt. dun take things too hard. i dun mean to not take it seriously. i mean dun allow it to topple ur balance. i've been thro it and understand the importance of that. faith. wad is faith? wad gd is it in keeping faith? will keeping faith and perservering till the end of time bring you what you want? do we give up and curse and lose faith in everything when what we want don't come to us? how do we balance ourselves? does faith equates to being naive sometimes? i guess i've learnt to be optimisstic about things. sometimes what we decide or do in life, may not be the right decision over the long run and we'll grow to regret it. how to avoid it? how to know? will those around us be patient enough to wait for us to learn? shouldn't we do something about it ourselves? do we expect others to wait for us? or think that it's ok for them to give up on us cos we'll bear the consequences. when we say such things, do we truly realise the impact of the regret if let's say it comes along one fine day? being a nice/obliging person sometimes u get bullied/taken for granted/do things that makes bend ur pride to the max/be silly. it's just a thin line between the difference of what u've decided to do to based on a conscious awareness or subconscious drive. sometimes it's just so difficult to know what should be done.

well i've realised what a blog can do to a person since years ago when i started blogging i guess. i've always been a person who thinks quite alot, develop my own set of thinking/philosophies of life, perspectives and stuff. blogging help me record, recollect, and think. sometimes wad results from my thoughts get penned down. sometimes not. what you may feel at a spur of a moment, u dun necessarily tell others because the 'timing' of it has yet to arise for that particular topic to be talked about whereas with a blog, u can write about it as and when u like. of course, this work vice versa and because of blogs, i've gotten the key to knowing my friends on a deeper level as i read up on wad they've written. communication like i've once discussed with iman can come in various forms. it doesnt necessarily have to be face-to-face, phone conversation, or letters. we communicate in many ways. things we do, way we behave, even when u blog, u r communicating. u gave the key for others to get to know u better as they monitor you on a basis so frequent yet so silently you'll be surprised at the result of it.
i realised i havent been writing much about my inner thoughts here for a very long time.
well i guess i'm at a crossroad in my life where i have to make many decisions for several aspects of my life that's more than often a splitting headache.
wad i've been through, learnt, felt, hurt, gained, and lost. for the past few months it has probably been a time where i've ever been able to feel and experience so much in such a short span of time. i've changed, in many ways. i'm glad for alot of things. i realised, that at the age i'm at, at where i am at, i've found myself. i'm comfortable with my personality cos i've found myself and understand myself and during our teenage years, we journey through our lives trying to find ourselves, experimenting and stuff.. making friends, losing friends, trying to find out wad really suits us. i've gathered around me a number of friends whom i love dearly and these people will be with me for life. they are different and unique in their own way and in many ways, they are the rare ones amongst the general population bcos they hv their own unique characteristics and bcos of them, i've learnt and been influenced and developed into what i am now. each of them played a very important role in influencing me in my life in various aspects and most importantly, they are down to earth.
friends come and go. those that really suits you stay with you for life.
dun ever take things for granted. especially the supports you get from your friends. they give it to you, doesnt mean you can exploit it. altho to a certain extent when u really just require u're friends to be more tolerant and bear with you, it's ok. but i've learnt and know and practice, is that dun ever take it as if bcos they are your friends, it's expected of them to provide you the support and when wad they say or do dun seem to please u all too well and during ur spur of emotional fit, throw it back into their face and worse, dun realise it or do something about it. i've seen too much of these and is not very tolerant towards such things. i myself try to very hard to refrain from being so. when i do, i apologise soon after.

black n white
got bored waitin at home when i woke up in the morning so randomly took a picture of myself stoning and decided to make it black and white. i quite like the result. u? *grin*
before heading out
today is CNY so will be headin out to my eldest uncle's house for visting. every year we'll just one shot gather at my uncle's house. onli prob is nobody ever gets there early. was waiting at home with my dad for my auntie to fetch us along to my uncle's house. as we waited we were watchin tv and damn bored cos we waited til 4pm then my auntie finally arrived hahaha and when we got to my uncle's house, guess wad? HARDLY ANYONE ARRIVED!! hahahaha onli my youngest aunt and my uncle's family was there. waited for awhile longer then finally uncle lawrence and his family came. then following on we had more people filling up the house. *phew*
this year not too bad lah most of the people came as usual. mommy didn't go. not enuff sleep so stayed home and sleep. the fact that i seldom or almost never worn a skirt/dress when i'm with my relatives, they were all pretty stunned to see me in my white dress yesterday and as expected, lotsa comments. haha even bryan has not seen me in a dress before. he has only seen me wear a skirt once ages ago at some restaurant (accordin to him n kristie which i totally hv no recollection of). biggest reaction comes from Qian Ye, my elder guy cousin who's about 6 years senior than me so that makes him 28 this year. this year i talked more than usual with him. well in the past we seldom talk. he went around telling ppl it's the first time he saw me in a dress lol then i jokingly asked if he's helping me publicize lol then he say of cos must publicize cos it's really the first time he saw me wearing a dress. basket *slap head* hahahaha while he sat outside watching tv, well, now besides bryan i have another fellah who's askin me to massage for him *give growling look* anyway, so while i was helping Qian Ye massage his shoulders he asked me if i always do it for my mom lol cos hehehe i skilled at massaging k!!!! lol but then no lah.. people like to ask me massage for them one duno why. we chatted a little while he asked me stuff about my work and uni application and told me it's better if i can get reference letters from lecturer(s) etc if i wanna apply for SMU cos they seem to like such things. wanted to take a photo with him but then the stupid bryan hand shooked hahaha so he's nt that good at taking pics with my camera since my camera's shutter speed is slow. ur hand gotta be really steady.

GONG XI FA CAI!
apparently the ppl in my office are so fond of buying oranges there's a abundance of it and to wad i've observed, there was even a carton of it somewhere. just a week ago, my mgr gav me two tiny mandarin oranges. then some ang moh boss came about in this chinese clothes and the typical cap with pig tail haha n gav us 2 oranges each. today, my next-table colleague stuffed FOUR oranges to me ask me bring home. nw my hse alot of oranges. ahahaha jia lat man
today half day work so i had to double check the schedules of programmes that will be aired this week and the next to make sure everything is in place since we r havin lotsa off days this week and stuff. if anything screw up, my head will be on the chopping board so i double checked and triple checked lol
the name board wenya made n gave to me on her last day at work last friday. quite nice isn't it? everyone in our department was given one.
tonite will be havin sorta like a simple dinner (steamboat or something) over at my cousin's place in hougang.

i didn't really plan to go out today actually haha.. it friggin doesnt feel like a sunday at all. i'm still stuck at the idea that it's like a saturday or something. at first was thinking of just slackin at home and accompanying mom during night time to go to parkway to help dad collect his pants. then the suddenly feeling of getting the pink nail polish frm bugis junction came about. then as i chatted with mom about the vintage top i saw in tangs and mom actually say it's ok for me to buy it and ask me go out n shop to find a gd pair of shoe/bag, i've decided to head out then. but didn't wanna shop alone. at first i called karen but nobody pick up the phone so i reckon she might be still sleeping or something. nxt person that popped into my head to jio to shop with me was sano ahahaha so i called him. first thing i remembered sayin when he picked up the phone was, "SANO! LET'S GO OUT JALAN JALAN FASTER!" or somethinig like that then he stun until cannot stun ahahahahahaha anyway he was washin clothes lol so we arranged to meet up at bugis junction @ 2pm.
i got there earlier so i walked around the shops to see see look look first and caught eye on a few nice and interesting footwear from various shops e.g. Americaya, (forgot the name), POA, & Barcode. there's q a number of shoes i fancied in Barcode but they were q pricey. when sano finally came and i met up with him, i dragged him up to the nail polish shop first then bought my nail polish and then went up to take a look at the shoes but the shoe frm americaya we reckon didn't suit me that well so we went off elsewhere to walk ard and i bought Greenday's CD hahaha it's gd. songs inside r a blast. we went back to watson where i bought my garnier face wash cos finish already and i was lookin for sally hansen's top and base nail coat but it's nt available. went into Barcode to browse around the shoes and there were about 3-4 designs that caught my eye but their price quite expensive. ranging about 50 odd. finally sano picked up a pair of shoe which didn't appeal at first till i tried it on and realised it looks pretty chic n the most important thing though, was that it's slip-proof and very comfortable. at first i was quite discouraged to buy the shoe cos of it's price so we decided to go eat first and after sano drew out cash frm the basement atm and we went up the escalator, i actually bumped into Tanya!! hahaha so coincidental. i had my fav yakiniku burger and ice milk tea @ MOS burger hehehe and soon after we finish eating, i've decided to head back to check out the shoe and after much choosing and deciding, we went ahead to buy this pair of shoe haha..

next we decided to head down to orchard to find that top of mine hehehehe we dropped off @ tangs and went upstairs to check out the top i wanted to get. there was only one piece and one size and at 20% discount. tried it out and it looks pretty nice and sano think so too so i decided to buy it. hee anyway i've been eyeing it for many months already.

after buyin the top we went to takashimaya and walked around, buying food to eat first heheheh sano had the sausages and i bought oolong tea and piang. v bitter. lol forced sano to try his face change shape ahahahahha can see that he dislike it quite alot cos v bitter hahahahahaha we went up to kinokuniya after that and walked around lookin thro the fantasy novels (EXPENSIVE *CRIES*) and also the comic book section *grin* i constantly bug sano with my oolong cha hahahahahaha
as we were busy walkin thro the comic section chit chatting, i received a call from terry askin me if i'm havin reunion dinner today. wanted to ask me to meet up and i told him i'm @ orchard lol so gd thing n we walked o'er to heeren to meet up with terry. on our way out of taka along the pavement where usually u get to see some street performance, there was a drum set and wad's astonishing is a 5 year old boy was playing the drums very pro! he's really gd at it given the fact that's he's a small boy somemore and when he finished he was really cute. he stepped out from the drum set to bow to the crowd hahaha anyway soon me n sano reached heeren and met up with terry at marche where i was introduced also to his friend, ben, his secondary sch friend or something. ^^ i've heard about him before but today was the first time meeting him. a rather friendly and easy to talk with guy. haha
terry wanted to hv japanese food for dinner so we went up to cine's edo sushi to hv dinner. me n sano had onli a few plates of sushi cos nt hungry but terry wolved down lotsa stuff. cha soba, bento set and sashimi. O_O!!! but wad's more surprising was that he ate v fast ahahahahhaha he used to take forever to finish his meal. when we were done with our meal we walked over to heeren n went into levi's shop where terry scouted for a pair of jeans but end up didn't buy. terry excused himself to go to the toilet so me n sano waited outside at the fountain.

when terry got out we went to spinelli to sit down and chat about stuff. it was a really.. how to say.. nice lil meet up. the atmosphere and all was very comfy. both terry n sano ordered hot chocolate to drink.

soon about 9+ we decided to head home and terry went with sano on the same direction where terry will be takin a cab and sano take mrt. i walked to the bus stop to wait for my bus 36 to go home. as i was standin at the bus stop listenin to my discman, suddenly after quite sometime someone tapped my shoulder and terry was standing there hahaha gav me a shock. apparently his fren finished watchin movie n told terry to wait up so terry haven't left for home yet. anyway soon terry's friend came over and terry left to meet his friend n i took my bus home.
mom liked the stuff i bought. hee!
argh back to work tml... hahahaa sian 1/2.

today me n karen arranged for her to come to my house for me to help her do up her nails after she finished work cos she has to work half day today and her boss sorta kept her waiting before she can finally leave to come my place. since she most probably havent had her lunch i told her to meet up with me at parkway so that we can lunch together and also get some stuff from watson to buy for her nails and stuff. i realised parkway's watson quite a number of nail art stuff and good, hehehehe *rub hand* next time can frequent there to get stuff n i'm interested in getting that sally hansen top and base coat. we wanted to shop around more but karen is dying of hunger hahahaha so i brought her to eat first. we had our lunch at yoshinoya and also the $1 bubble tea i recommended her that's nxt to the escalator for us to get to the bus stop opp parkway. lotsa students packed around there haha seems like business is goin really well for that stall. we walked all the way from parkway to my house although the weather was pretty hot actually but ok lah good exercise hahaha it didn't take very long.
when we were at my house i have bouts of sneezing frenzy ahaha then we switched on the tv to listen to music on mtv asia channel and they were showing quite a number of mtvs by good charlotte and also simple plan. karen was commenting on how windy my area is cos the breeze that gets thro my front window is pretty strong. i live on the 2nd flr and is near east coast so we get lotsa sea breeze passing through the house.
i finished up karen's fingers pretty fast. quite satisfied with wad i've done cos this time round instead of just the white flower petals i added leaves and pink beads for the center of the flower designs.
TADA! overall look. wad u guys think? hehehe giv comments ya. lol i ask karen go home test her father see if he'll flip thinking she spend $$ on manicure again then let him know actually is friend paint for him one.
i've just managed to send in the online applications for the local universities. hv to start preparing the documents to send over soon.

finally it's the weekend again.
busy day at work givin me the headaches n moreover wenya is leavin the co.
in fact, today was her last day @ work and nxt week i'll hv to take over her workload.
today was also lenda's last day of work. she's off to her phrase in life to become a mommy.

wonder who will be the new coordinator. lenda has always been rather candid and her laughter fills up the office.
before wenya left she was sweet enough to have made a name board for all of us. will take a picture of it someday n post it up for u guys to see.

forgot to drop off mamak shop to get comics.
had lunch with asami san today and chatted randomly. lol she tot i graduated from university already cos she tot i seem pretty mature. hahahaha
have been spending hours readin my belgariad series religiously haha it's my favourite series and never fails to entertain me and keep me engrossed much more than the other series i've read.
couple of movies caught my attention lately.
1. Constantine - v matrix somehw. wonder if it'll be any good. such 'high profile' movies tend to either damn gd or damn sux.
2. Finding Neverland - well, another show filled with world of imagination and not to forget, the drool-factor, johnny depp. omost another 'big fish' sorta movie. hm..
3. Lemoney Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events - starrin who else but the always-so-crazy jim carrey? tempted to watch it but am afraid of the more than often 'over-done' comedic performance by jim. hm..
4. Howl's Moving Castle - japanese anime. been waiting for it man.
